D&D Be Unlike postponed to 2022

If you have got a ticket / room reservation for the congress, we suggets you not to cancel it but keep it for next year congress. So the congress organization offers you these two options:

• To keep your pass and room reservation (if you have reserved it) for the congress in 2022. In this case you do not need to take any action. Your pass / room will be reserved automatically for the 2022 congress, in which you will receive an extra hour of special masterclass from Daniel and Desiree.

• Cancel your pass / room reservation. In this case, you will be able to ask for the cancellation and refund of the corresponding amount from Monday 15th of March 2021 until Sunday 25th of April 2021. If this is your choice, you will find a «Request cancellation» button, only since Monday the 15th March, by accessing your private area in salsero with your username and password (https://www.salsero.es/myorders). By using this button, it we will record your request; In it you will have a field to enter the bank IBAN in which you want to receive the amount, since due to the time that has passed, automatic refund to the bank card or Paypal account with which the purchase was made is not possible. Since Monday, 29th of March, we will begin to process all the requests received, by  canceling passes and rooms, as well as refunding the amount.  In the case of raffles / invitations no refund will be made, since they did not involve payment. You can also cancel your cancellation request if it has not yet been processed. This option should be accepted  only until  25th of April. We appreciate your patience, since this process may be slow, but we ensure will attend every request
